Storeman - Wandsworth

We are recruiting for an experienced Storeman with a background in plumbing materials and supplies. The candidate will be responsible for managing stock, receiving and checking deliveries, organising the stores area, issuing materials to engineers and site teams, and ensuring stock levels are maintained at all times.

Applicants must have previous experience working as a Storeman on building sites, with solid knowledge of plumbing parts, fittings, tools, and materials. You should be organised, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Key Duties:

• Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries
• Organising and maintaining stock levels
• Issuing plumbing materials and equipment
• Keeping the stores area clean and tidy
• Assisting with stock takes and inventory control
• Liaising with suppliers and engineers as required

Requirements:

• Previous Storeman/stores experience
• Plumbing knowledge/experience essential
• Good organisational skills
• Reliable and punctual attitude
