Job OverviewAt Home Bargains you will be the first friendly face customers see, delivering outstanding customer service and assisting with product queries to create an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers.
- Stock shelves, rotate stock and ensure products are available and presentable.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
- Handle cash and operate tills during evening and weekend shifts.
- Assist in the café, bakery or garden centre shops as required.
- Support team members and uphold a high standard of service.
- Good understanding of customer service.
- Experience in cash handling and a retail environment.
- Experience in manual handling and stock replenishment.
- Hardworking, reliable, polite and professional.
- Salary: £12.21 per hour (18-20), £12.50 per hour (21+).
- Hours: 16 hours per week, evenings and weekends.
- 28 days annual leave (full time) plus 33 days after 5 years (pro rated for part time/alternative).
