Store Team Manager: Lead, Coach & Customer Experience

Primark Chester is seeking a Team Manager to lead a store team and ensure a smooth daily operation, delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

You'll collaborate with the management team, coach staff, manage stock, planograms and tills, organise tasks, and drive development through our digital learning and career pathways. This is a fixed-term, full-time role, 5 days out of 7, with a 13 March 2027 end date.
