Store Team Leader (Part-Time) - Flexible Hours & Community

Join Co-op as a Customer Team Leader in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will lead a small team on shift, manage daily store operations, and ensure excellent customer service. This part-time role includes working afternoons/evenings, at least one weekend shift, and opportunities to engage with the community and local charities.

You'll be responsible for merchandising, stock accuracy, and supporting HR processes while promoting Co-op membership benefits to customers.
