Store Team Leader: Lead & Serve Our Community

Co-op in Windermere is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage daily store operations, lead a small team, and deliver excellent customer service. The role may involve posts in the post office or bakery, and supporting online services and home delivery drivers.

You will help stock shelves, drive sales, and champion Co-op membership while building community connections and ensuring smooth, efficient store performance.
