Store Team Leader: Inspire Teams & Elevate Service

Southern Co-op is seeking a Team Leader to energise the store team, champion our values, and provide an outstanding customer experience. You will help manage daily operations, support the local community, and step in for the Store Manager when required.

We offer full training, a 36-hour week across 4 days, and a benefits package. A personal licence to sell alcohol may be required with full training provided.
