Store Team Leader: Inspire Teams & Elevate Service

OurCoop is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to support and develop a high-performing store team in our UK community stores. You will drive excellent customer service, lead daily operations, manage schedules, and coach colleagues to reach their full potential while upholding our co-operative values.

You will partner with the store leadership to monitor performance, ensure policy compliance, control store finances, and champion change.
