Store Team Leader: Inspire Teams & Drive Sales

OurCoop is seeking a Team Leader to help manage day-to-day store operations, lead a high-performing team and deliver excellent customer service.

You will start with a comprehensive training period at one of our Difference Maker Academies, up to 4 weeks, paired with an Academy Mentor to develop leadership and growth.

The role emphasizes people development, health and safety, and delivering great experiences to customers and members in communities.
