Store Team Leader: Grow Talent & Deliver Service

OurCoop is seeking a motivated Team Leader to support the store management team and drive excellent customer service. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach colleagues, and ensure store standards and safety guidelines are met.

You'll participate in a comprehensive training period at our Difference Maker Academies and develop the skills to grow talent within your team, helping to deliver strong store performance and customer satisfaction.
