Store Team Leader: Grow Talent & Deliver Great Service

Chelmsford Star Co-op is seeking a Team Leader to support and develop an exceptional store team. You'll work with the management group to run day-to-day operations, lead by example, and ensure excellent customer service.

You'll conduct performance reviews, manage scheduling, training records, and health and safety guidelines while driving sales and store standards. We welcome diverse candidates and will make reasonable adjustments in the application process.
