Store Team Leader: Grow Talent and Delight Customers

OurCoop is recruiting for a Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of one of our Difference Maker Academy stores. You'll work with a management team to develop and lead high-performing colleagues, delivering excellent customer service and achieving store targets.

Training is provided through our Difference Maker Academies, with a mentor to guide your growth. We welcome applicants with Supervisor, Team Leader, or Duty Manager experience in customer service.
