Store Team Leader: Drive Service & Community Impact

Co-op invites applications for a Customer Team Leader in Rochester. You will lead a small team to run a busy neighbourhood store, help deliver essential services, and support post office, bakery or online services depending on the store.

This is a permanent part-time role with 20 hours per week plus regular overtime. You'll be on a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts, with at least two closing shifts and some weekend work.
