Job Description

Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Burghfield Common to lead a small store team, ensuring shelves are stocked and customers receive friendly service across shifts.

You'll work early or late, including weekends, for 30 hours per week plus overtime, taking responsibility for daily operations and customer satisfaction.
