Store Team Leader: Customer Focus & Community Impact

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader to head a small team in a busy Co-op store. You'll oversee daily operations, help stock shelves, and ensure great service on tills and in-store. You may work in post office, bakery, or online services as needed to support home deliveries.

You'll lead by example, motivate staff, and drive membership growth while engaging with the local community and charities.
