Store Team Leader: Customer Experience & Operations

John Lewis Partnership's Waitrose team is seeking a Team Leader to help run the shop floor with a focus on delivering customer-first service and peak product availability. You will lead colleagues, support the management team, and contribute to a thriving, responsible store environment.

You'll work 37.5 hours across seven days, including early starts and weekends, in a partner-owned business that values trust, pride in food, and excellent service.
