Store Team Leader - Sales, Coaching & Operations

The North Face in Braintree seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering a memorable retail experience, driving sales, profitability, and leading a dedicated team.

You will help implement retail processes, maintain stock and P&L procedures, and report KPIs while ensuring visual merchandising standards and excellent customer service. This role requires hands-on leadership and availability for weekends and after-hours shifts.
