Store Team Leader - People, Merch & Community

Co op is hiring a Customer Team Leader in Newbury to lead a small team, run the day to day store operations on shifts, and deliver excellent service to local customers.

You'll work on the shop floor and tills, assist with merchandising and stock accuracy, support our post office or bakery depending on store, and handle occasional overtime. We offer training, 30% staff discount, pension contributions, 36 days holiday pro rata, GP access, and cycle to work schemes.
