Co-op Digital is looking for a Customer Team Leader in Belfast to oversee a small store team on a part-time basis. The role includes a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts, with weekend work and regular overtime.

You'll help keep shelves stocked, support sales, and drive Co-op membership in your community. You'll lead by example, coach colleagues, and ensure smooth daily operations on the shop floor and tills, while contributing to merchandising and customer experiences.
