Store Team Leader - Lead Community-Focused Retail

Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader for our Hyde store. You will lead a small team on shift, ensuring excellent service, stock control, and smooth daily operations. The role is part time with varied shifts, including weekends, and offers a chance to grow into store management.

You will work on the shop floor and tills, support merchandising and community engagement, and help drive membership growth while delivering Co-op's friendly, local service ethos.
