Store Team Leader - Lead a Customer Focused Retail Team

Henderson Group, based in Bangor, is seeking a Team Leader to help run the SPAR store and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will report to the Assistant/Store Manager and work 42.5 hours per week across flexible shifts from 7:00am to 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday, with some weekend coverage.

In this role you will train, supervise and support your team, drive store performance, and embody our values of Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork and Integrity.
