Store Team Leader - Flexible Hours, Community Focus

Co op is looking for a Customer Team Leader in Silloth to guide a small team, maintain store operations, and ensure great customer service. You'll work across varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends, and may be involved with post office or bakery support depending on the store.

You'll lead on the shop floor, drive merchandising and stock checks, and help grow Co op membership while building strong ties with the local community.
