Store Team Leader - Flexible Hours & Community Impact

Co op is seeking a part time Customer Team Leader to manage a small store team in a fast paced, community minded environment. You'll oversee daily operations, help stock shelves, assist customers, and ensure smooth till operations while promoting Co op membership and community engagement.

The role offers varied shifts with early mornings, afternoons and evenings, including weekend work, plus opportunities for overtime and in store training and development.
