Store Team Leader - Flexible Hours & 30% Discount

Co-op Edinburgh is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run daily store operations on a part-time basis, 24 hours per week with overtime. You'll lead a small team, manage shifts, and ensure excellent service, stock management, and community engagement.

You'll be the face of the store, motivating staff, supporting tills and merchandising, and promoting Co-op membership benefits. The role includes varied early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and interview discussions.
