Store Team Leader - Customer Service & Operations

Co-op in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run daily store operations and lead a small team across flexible shifts. You will coach staff, manage tills, support merchandising and stock control, and drive community engagement to grow Co-op memberships.
