Store Team Leader - Customer Service & Operations

Co-op Bournemouth is looking for a Customer Team Leader to head a small team in a busy store, supporting essential services and potentially working in our post office or bakery. The role involves assisting online services and our home delivery drivers, with a focus on delivering great customer service and efficient day-to-day operations.

You will lead by example, motivate colleagues, and help drive membership growth while ensuring shelves are stocked and store standards are maintained.
