Store Team Leader - Customer Experience

Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Attleborough. You will lead a store team across shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations, strong customer service, and active participation in merchandising and stock control.

This role offers part-time hours (22 hours/week) with overtime, a mix of early mornings, afternoons and some weekends, and a strong focus on Co op membership and community involvement.
