Store Team Leader - Customer & Community

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Salisbury to manage a small team on shift, ensuring excellent service and smooth store operations. You may work in the post office or bakery and support online services and home deliveries as needed.

You'll lead by example, motivate staff, and drive merchandising, stock accuracy, and community engagement to grow Co op membership and the store's success.
