Store Team Leader - 34 Hours, Customer First Excellence

Henderson Group in Glenavy Village is seeking a Team Leader to supervise EUROSPAR, oversee shifts, and help drive an excellent customer experience. You will support the Store Manager and assist with daily operations in a busy community store.

The ideal candidate has supervisory retail experience, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. This role includes opening/closing duties and weekend work, with opportunities to cover the Post Office when required.
