Store Team Lead - Assistant Manager

Bird & Blend Tea Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy Canterbury shop on-site. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop, coach, and empower a high-performing team while ensuring outstanding customer experiences and alignment with our brand values.
