Store Team Coach & Growth Driver - Assistant Manager

Lucy & Yak in Brighton is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering a vibrant, customer focused shopping experience at Ship Street. You will lead by example, coach the team, and help drive sales while upholding our brand values and community ethos.

Based in Brighton, this full time role (37.5 hours) involves opening/closing, rosters, events and stock management to ensure the store looks bright, welcoming and on trend. Salary is based on experience.
