Store Supervisor: Customer Experience Leader

Bestway-Group is seeking a driven Store Supervisor to lead operations and uphold brand standards. You will resolve customer issues, support colleagues, and build strong community relations while promoting promotions and ensuring policy compliance.

As a supervisor, you will train new staff, advance product knowledge, and manage a range of duties with flexibility across a 6am-10pm trading day, seven days a week. This role emphasizes leadership and customer-focused service.
