Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the café runs efficiently and customers receive outstanding service.
• Act as shift lead, supporting and motivating the barista team to meet service and quality expectations.
• Create positive guest experiences, handle customer queries, and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain high standards for beverage preparation, café cleanliness, and food safety.
• Support new team members through training and ensure everyone upholds operational and brand standards.
