Store Supervisor

We are hiring for a Full Time Store Supervisor to join one of our exciting stores based in Bury.

There's an established team in place, and you will work directly with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum values our front end retail staff.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Oversee retail staff's work in the store environment.
• Monitor employee activity, solve problems at a day to day level and assist customers when needed.
• Support the Store Manager to maximise sales, maintain a service first mentality and adhere to best practices per company expectations while ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.

• Passion for fashion retail and our company ethos.
• Previous experience in fashion retail.
• Experience managing and motivating a team of sales assistants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Efficient and highly organised with a customer focused attitude.
