Store Supervisor - 32 Hours - Sweaty Betty

We are looking for a responsible, reliable and service oriented individual to support the store team in aligning with our values and act as the go to leader in the absence of the Store Manager. You should be a role model who remains cool, calm and collected under pressure and can provide product knowledge and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well presented store.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers by offering authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and drive the store's success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Performing duties consistent with the Company's AAP/EEO goals and policies.
