Store Shift Manager: Lead Teams, Elevate Sales & Ops

Argos is seeking a Shift Manager to lead store shifts, motivate teams and provide on the job support. You will work alongside colleagues on the shop floor and, in the absence of the Store Manager, run the full store operation to deliver great customer experiences.

You will coach staff, drive sales and profitability, manage safety and compliance, and aim to meet key KPIs while growing your leadership capabilities in a fast paced environment.
