Store Shift Leader: Drive Sales & Team Excellence

Argos in Barrow-in-Furness is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead store operations, coach colleagues and keep daily tasks on track during early and late shifts.

You'll cover the Store Manager when needed, organise the warehouse, manage deliveries and serve customers to ensure fast, friendly service and driven sales. A strong focus on safety, compliance and KPI delivery will be essential.
