Store People & Service Team Lead

River Island Clothing Co., Ltd. is seeking an energetic People & Service Team Leader in Harlow to support store operations and lead the team to exceptional customer service. You'll focus on delivering a great customer journey while driving KPIs and maintaining visual standards.

You will support the People & Service Manager, be hands-on with product movement, and help develop a high-performing, engaged team. This role is part-time, requiring flexibility across two days.
