Store Operations Manager - Customer Excellence & Team Leader

Sainsbury's is seeking a Customer & Trading Manager in Doncaster to lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service and safety standards. You will be the on-site manager, coordinating performance, scheduling, and disciplinary actions as needed while driving KPI targets.
