Store Operations Leader: Availability, Growth & Coaching

Asda Ellesmere Port is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead store execution, drive availability, reduce waste and contain shrink across Ambient, Fresh, George and General Merchandising in our large format store. You will set high standards for customer service, manage daily routines, and coach teams to perform with pace and accuracy.

You'll review store processes, implement efficient workflows, and embed contractual base management while monitoring KPIs.
