Store Operations Leader - Customer & Trading

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Beverley is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager - Convenience to lead a local store and a small management team. You will drive daily operations, ensure product availability, safety standards and a high level of customer service.

You will coach colleagues, manage performance and scheduling, and take responsibility for disciplinaries when required.Occasionally you may assist other nearby stores.
