Store Operations & Visual Leader

ALO is seeking an Operations & Visual Manager to lead and implement store operations and visual standards. This role targets inventory accuracy, labor planning, and compelling in-store visuals to boost performance and customer readiness.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to manage budgets, reporting, and strategic initiatives, while coaching the Operations and Visual team. Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of retail leadership, strong MS Office skills, and exceptional communication.
