Are you a natural leader with a passion for retail and community impact? We're looking for dynamic and motivated Store Managers to lead the stores below helping to raise vital funds for hospice care across the community.

Waterloo Road, Blackpool

Collins Avenue, Bispham

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the shop
• Leading and inspiring a team of volunteers and staff
• Driving sales and Gift Aid targets through creative merchandising and excellent customer service
• Handling donations and ensuring effective stock control
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety, and compliance
• Promoting our mission and values in everything you do

What We're Looking For:

• Proven retail experience and leadership skills
• A positive, hands on approach to team management
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• Confidence in handling finances and shop administration
• A passion for charity and community engagement
