Job Description

Store Manager - Tommy Hilfiger

The Store Manager leads the team to deliver outstanding customer experience and achieve sales and profit goals in our Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy Jeans locations.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with management to meet company standards/goals: sales and wage budgets, SPH, UPT, conversion, wage and expense control, shrinkage, mystery shops, audits and profitability.
  • Identify and collaborate on opportunities to grow the business and improve performance.
  • Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff fairly.
  • Ensure "door to floor" best practices, visual merchandising directives and back room standards are executed consistently.
  • Communicate with buying team to maintain proper stock levels and demographic fit.
  • Analyze store level reports and create action plans to improve results.
  • Share daily sales goals, KPIs and store results with staff to promote service excellence and goal attainment.
  • Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, hiring and orientation.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly coaching and training, documenting all training activities.
  • Lead weekly management meetings and participate in regional meetings.
  • Make timely decisions under stress and changing conditions.
  • Set challenging but attainable service, customer satisfaction and financial goals.
  • Coordinate action plans considering consequences and budget decisions.
  • Convey clear goals, manage implementation and track measurable results.
  • Create a vibrant, energetic environment around shared goals and values.
Qualifications
  • Extensive progressive retail experience; prior store management in service or retail industry.
  • Experience connecting with consumers in a brand retailer.
  • Background in retail operations, budgeting, planning and sales.
  • Prior people management experience and ability to resolve conflict with purpose.
  • Effective communication skills; ability to cultivate belonging.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to recognize contributions of others.
  • Strong leadership, courage, and ability to give constructive feedback.
  • Fast adaptability and ability to work at pace.
  • Energetic, trustworthy presence on the shop floor.
