Store Manager (Mandarin Speaking, £30k+, Supermarkets, London)

Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for 3 Store Manager roles in a London based Supermarket. The Group is devoted to providing a wide selection of quality and fashionable foodstuffs, as well as traditional and popular street cuisine, by developing a "Daily One-stop Shop" model.

Responsibilities

As manager, you will be in charge of all retail operations, maintain practice and Health & Safety policies inside the shop, and assist with employee inductions and coaching.

Qualifications

• Working experience as a store manager is a plus.
• Leadership and development experience.
• Self-discipline, planning, and problem-solving abilities are all excellent.
• A customer centric approach.
• General store management and guidelines are well understood.
• Not averse to focusing attention.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a retail setting.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• You must be legally permitted to work in the United Kingdom.
