Store Manager: Lead Teams & Elevate Customer Experience

Specsavers Norge in Ireland is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations and deliver outstanding customer service while achieving business objectives.

You will work closely with Store Directors to empower your team, drive people development, and ensure a smooth, efficient store that reflects our standards and values. Previous optics experience is not essential, but strong people management and excellent communication are required.
