Store Manager: Lead Team, Drive Sales & Service Excellence

Machine Mart is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations and a small team of 4-6 colleagues. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets and maintaining a safe, efficient store environment.

You will motivate your team, coach staff, and build strong customer rapport while upholding the company's standards and policies. The role is hands-on and requires flexible hours to meet business needs.
