Store Manager: Lead Team, Bonus, Pension & Holidays

Matalan Guernsey is hiring a Store Manager to lead the local team and drive store performance. This is a 39-hour per week role based in Guernsey, with a focus on delivering strong results and exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

You will be responsible for coaching staff, managing financials and KPIs, ensuring health and safety compliance, and creating a positive, engaging store atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.
