Store Manager: Lead Strategy, Retail Excellence & People

ASDA Living Durham is seeking a Store Manager to lead planning and execution of supermarket day-to-day operations across key departments. You'll ensure availability is maximised, waste and shrink are minimised, and the store runs efficiently and safely with a coaching approach to develop your team.

You'll lead with heart and drive, motivating colleagues to achieve standards and KPIs, while focusing on customer service and a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail environment.
