Rituals Cosmetics is opening a brand-new store at Springfields Designer Outlet in Peterborough. As Store Manager, you will lead the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets through strong leadership and coaching.

You'll collaborate with the Area Manager to execute local strategy, define daily objectives, manage inventory and store administration, and drive team wellbeing with regular 1-to-1s and coaching to sustain top performance.
