Store Manager: Lead, Inspire & Elevate Sales

Smiggle is seeking a Store Manager for our Ealing store to lead a fast-paced team, boost sales and deliver on brand standards. You will coach staff, recruit locally, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a hands-on, fun environment.

We're looking for energetic leaders who can drive KPI performance, manage visual merchandising, and collaborate with regional and People & Culture teams. Excellent communication and a passion for customer service are essential.
